 The Travelling Barista/Foodie  is perfectly adaptable for any event as we provide for all your specified needs and ADAPT OUR MENUS TO YOUR TASTES.  What makes us unique is our exclusive, champion gelato and vegetarian goodies as well as Canadian treats.  Aussie favourites are also on the menu - Bacon & Egg rolls, pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, salads, cakes, cookies, slices, fruit juices etc. 

We are completely mobile and can fit in anywhere with our fully-kitted out cafe van and state-of-the-art coffee carts.

A bit more on us....Our established reputation for reliability, quality and service is something we work hard to maintain.

The vehicle is 6m by 2.3 m, and can travel anywhere.  It is very well kitted-out, including all modern connections; fully-functioning coffee machines, pie ovens, refrigerated displays, fridges and freezers.  We are also fully insured with QBE and have a practiced emergency routine to handle all unpleasant or unexpected situations.

We only use biodegradable utensils and cups, avoid plastic where we can, recycle all our waste (including food), give leftovers to the homeless and use free-range product.  Our truck is kitted out with 2 working sinks with running water in the truck as well as biodegradable cleaning products.  Waste is collected in tanks and dustbins and disposed of correctly.  Hand gloves are worn, all food is covered or correctly heated. 

Our established staff remains expertly trained and highly experienced in all areas of food/beverage preparation. We pride ourselves on our quick service, excellent fare and proven track record in providing delicious, healthy and tasty drink and eats for a vast, varied clientele.  We have made certain that everything is in place to ensure that you get the freshest product and best service at all times.
